Return window
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to start a return
Email us at Wihp.channel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exclusions
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is the wrong size/design, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days after processing (when available)
Exact delivery times can vary based on carrier and destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount when a promotion is active.
International shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. International orders are not available at this time.

A tracking link will be emailed to you when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days of placing your order, contact us.
